Christian Roy<\/b> undertakes to deliver the work within the deadlines prescribed by the carrier. The buyer<\/b>, for his part, undertakes to provide an email and a valid postal address for receipt of the package.<\/p>\n

The buyer becomes owner of the work upon receipt of payment. Delivery of the package will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity which attests and guarantees the accuracy of the information and descriptions, duly approved by the seller and the rights holders.<\/p>\n

When you place an order on our online store, you will receive a confirmation email mentioning your order number and details of the items ordered. Delivery of the work will be made by Canada Post. It is also possible to pick up an order free of charge at 2814, rue de la Rivi\u00e8re Nelson, Quebec (by appointment only). If the item is damaged in transit, it is important to take a photo of the condition of the package. You must then return the details of the poor receipt of the goods to us. We will make an agreement with you to replace the work.<\/p>\n

Out-of-country delivery

Delivery costs are included on your invoice. However, customs fees and additional taxes will be at the customer’s expense.<\/p>\n

Return policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Satisfaction Guarantee<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the work. The buyer is responsible for returning the work in its original packaging.<\/p>\n
