Christian Roy undertakes to deliver the work within the deadlines prescribed by the carrier. The buyer, for his part, undertakes to provide an email and a valid postal address for receipt of the package.
Ownership of the work
The buyer becomes owner of the work upon receipt of payment. Delivery of the package will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity which attests and guarantees the accuracy of the information and descriptions, duly approved by the seller and the rights holders.
Confidentiality
We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of the databases entrusted by our customers. We will not sell or rent mailing lists to third parties, nor will we give your personal information to third parties, whether individuals or companies, without your permission.
Online order
When you place an order on our online store, you will receive a confirmation email mentioning your order number and details of the items ordered. By following the steps of your order, you are responsible for validating that this corresponds to your choices. Prices shown are in Canadian dollars ($CAD).

Promotional code
If a promotional code is issued for a particular reason, you will be able to apply it to your order by going to the shopping cart.
Delivery and returns policy
Delivery of the work will be made by Canada Post. It is also possible to pick up an order free of charge at 2814, rue de la Rivière Nelson, Quebec (by appointment only). If the item is damaged in transit, it is important to take a photo of the condition of the package. You must then return the details of the poor receipt of the goods to us. We will make an agreement with you to replace the work.
Out-of-country delivery
Delivery costs are included on your invoice. However, customs fees and additional taxes will be at the customer’s expense.
Return policy
Satisfaction Guarantee – You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the work. The buyer is responsible for returning the work in its original packaging.
- Return in person to 2814, rue de la rivière Nelson, Québec, QC.
- Return via carrier at buyer’s expense.
The refund will be made when I receive the package. The work must be in the same condition as before delivery. It is possible to exchange by adjusting the price according to the difference.
