Christian Roy ndertakes to validate the details of the order and deliver the work within the deadlines prescribed by the carrier. The buyer for his part, undertakes to provide an email and a valid postal address for receipt of the package.

Delivery to Canada

Delivery in Quebec is free for all orders of $500 or more! It is also possible to pick up an order free of charge at 2814, rue de la rivière Nelson, Québec (by appointment only 418-265-8600).

For the rest of Canada, depending on destination, a $50 credit will be issued. The balance will be added to the order invoice.

Delivery to the United States

Shipping to American soil is done via a wooden crate (see photo below). This ensures the protection of the work throughout transport!

Delivery costs are included on your invoice. However, customs fees and additional taxes are at the customer’s expense.

Overseas delivery

For international, it is possible to detach the canvas from the wooden frame in order to receive the rolled work. Shipping costs are then cut approximately in half. You will then have to go to an art store to have it remounted on a frame at your expense.

Promotional code

If a promotional code is issued for a particular reason, you will be able to apply it to your order by going to the shopping cart.

Ownership of the work

The buyer becomes owner of the work upon receipt of payment. Delivery of the package will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity which attests and guarantees the accuracy of the information and descriptions, duly approved by the seller and the rights holders.

We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of the databases entrusted by our customers. We will not sell or rent mailing lists to third parties, nor will we give your personal information to third parties, whether individuals or companies, without your permission.

Return policy

Upon delivery, if the item is damaged in transit, it is important to take a photo of the condition of the package. You must then return the details of the poor receipt of the goods to us. We will make an agreement with you to replace the work.

Return policy

Satisfaction Guarantee – You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the work. The buyer is responsible for returning the work in its original packaging.

  • Return via carrier at buyer’s expense.

The refund will be made when I receive the package. The work must be in the same condition as before delivery. It is possible to exchange by adjusting the price according to the difference.
